With a PhD in law, Pascal Gally is a legal counsel, entrepreneur, consultant, and international strategist for high-level stakeholders. He has built an ecosystem at the intersection of strategy, governance, and economic and cultural diplomacy, driven by a commitment to the African continent.
Dr. Pascal Gally specializes in providing strategic consulting to governments seeking to attract foreign investment, as well as to multinational corporations looking to expand into new markets in Africa.
Dr. Pascal Gally is the founder and President of Le Choc des Légendes, one of the world’s most prestigious public speaking festivals.
Dr. Gally holds a Ph.D. in Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, and three master’s degrees, he teaches courses on economic and financial crime and has over ten years of experience as a legal counsel and compliance expert with major international corporations, Big 4, and law firms in Paris, Geneva, Zurich, Zug, and Basel.
A certified expert in fraud compliance (CFE) and financial governance and investigations (PLCC), he has led the design and implementation of complex compliance programs across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas.
His doctoral thesis focuses on the relationship between the Sacred, property rights, and ancestral customs in Africa as they relate to land, forestry, and mining rights.
An international speaker, Pascal Gally is also a public speaking and speechwriting coach for political and economic leaders. Through coaching and training, he promotes eloquence as a tool for leadership and social impact.
For the past 10 years, Le Choc des Légendes has brought together high-level leaders from Europe, Africa, Middle East and Americas to debate existential issues in the form of a mock trial, develop strategic projects, and conduct business.
For several years, he has been involved in initiatives aimed at promoting the empowerment and entrepreneurship of young people and women in Africa, notably through Women in Africa, The Heritage Management, Education for Women Now, and Invictae.
